Even after 30 days, if you need anything extra from us, at any time, we can help with design, implementation, or custom creation.
All of the extras below are priced in addition to the template price, so that you can add them on anytime! Add on some help when you choose your template, a week after you have been working on your demo site, six months after you started on your demo site, whenever you like. Trust me, we don’t judge. One year, we had to send out Groundhog Day cards instead of Christmas cards.

Basic Image Setup Service
Getting all of your images properly sized, formatted, cropped, and uploaded to the website isn’t really difficult, but it certainly can be time consuming. Maybe you’re really busy with work right now and just don’t have that extra time. Not to worry, we can take care of this part for you. This generally takes a day or two depending on the number of images we need to process and upload.

Complete Template Setup
Want to use one of our templates but don’t really feel the need to put everything together yourself? Send us your images, copy, colors, and logos and we take care of the rest. This is the option to choose when you have all the parts ready but just don’t have the time to assemble everything yourself. The Complete Setup usually take 3-5 days for basic websites, and around 5-7 days for websites with ecommerce shops. No customization of copy.

Complete Setup + Writing
Includes everything in the Complete Template Setup, plus we take care of the writing for you.
Over a couple of meetings, we will learn the story you want to tell and discover what is important to you. Once we know what makes you tick, we will create compelling content for your new website that will help you connect with a larger audience and convert more of them into customers. The Complete Setup + Writing usually takes 2-3 weeks.

No worries. When you receive the contributor invitation email from Squarespace that lets you know that your template is ready to go, you will have the option of either creating a new Squarespace account, or adding the template to an existing account. If you add it to an existing account, you will be able to manage it alongside all the other websites that you have in that account.

Think of your URL as the street address for your online business. All the things you are going to sell to your customers need to be kept at the store at that address. You don’t own the store, so you have to pay rent to keep your stuff there. Your web hosting fee or subscription is the rent that you are paying to keep your web stuff there. With a website, instead of pens and desks, you will be keeping files, images, and HTML code. The landlord (in this case, Squarespace) is on-call 24/7 and responsible for making sure that the open sign is out and your site is available to visitors around the clock.
